Welcome to Aerobic Treatment Units. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our App and services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Subscriptions & Payments
- The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Property Owner Monthly: $10/month
- Contractor Yearly: $150/year
- Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account via Apple In-App Purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Use of Service
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Share your subscription with others.
4. Termination & Account Deletion
- You may delete your account at any time via Dashboard → Delete Account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Refund Policy
- Payments are handled exclusively by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.
- We do not issue direct refunds.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of United States of America.
